Pecan Pie means the holidays where we come from so we created this vegan "cheese"cake version of the classic for our fellow pecan pie fans out there. Made with all organic, plant-based ingredients, we start with a layer of our Original "Cheese"cake filling made with raw cashews then smother it with a rich, caramel-y delicious layer and top it all off with toasted pecans for a taste that is oh-so-decadent. It's organic, it's vegan, it's gluten free, but most importantly - it's delicious. This is a great vegan dessert to have at your holiday gathering, it has a taste that will please vegans and non-vegans alike!
Our whole "cheese"cakes are delivered frozen and uncut, just thaw overnight in the refrigerator and cut as you please. Will keep thawed for 7 days and can also be refrozen at any time.
