We created our Salted Caramel Vegan "Cheese"cake from a customer's special request - after they had tried our Salted Caramel Mousse - and it went over so well we added it to our seasonal menu last fall, everyone loved it so much it is now available year-round and is one of our best sellers! This 100% plant-based "cheese"cake is made with all organic ingredients like our other "cheese"cakes and has just the right balance of sweet & salty that is sure to be a seasonal favorite! It's organic, it's vegan, it's gluten free, but most importantly - it's delicious. This is a great vegan dessert to have at your holiday gathering, it has a taste that will please vegans and non-vegans alike!
Our whole "cheese"cakes are delivered frozen and uncut, just thaw overnight in the refrigerator and cut as you please. Will keep thawed for 7 days and can also be refrozen at any time.
